Designer exhibition in Cork @ the Glucksman

A leading National Design & Craft Fair is kicking off next Friday in the Glucksman, located in the heart of the University College Cork campus. I’m thrilled to confirm I’ve been invited to participate in this year’s Glucksman Craft & Design Fair. Taking place from Friday 11th November for three wonderful days, it promises to be a wonderful opening to this Christmas season.

As the Glucksman is an award winning exhibition space dedicated to the exploration, understanding and enjoyment of contemporary art, the designers, makers and crafters selected from all across Ireland, are of an equally high standard and need to meet the particular criteria of the discerning organising committee. 

So being selected is a real honour for me.

With exhibitors showcasing their talents in ceramics, glass, furniture, textiles, woodturning and of course jewellery with an emphasis on sustainability the variety of gift opportunities will be the best available. I can attest to the quality that you can expect at this year’s event, knowing some other incredible exhibitors, including fellow jeweller - the awesome Angela O’Keefe and Magdalena Galica whose leather work is gorgeous. This Fair is also an opportunity to meet the designers and makers and hear the stories that influence their work.

I know myself I love telling the stories behind my own collections. So come say hi at this years Glucksman Designer craft fair.
