Shipping policy

Vanessa Ree Concept Jewellery is based in County Kildare, Ireland. We package and ship from here 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (9-5pm). We use our national postal provide, An Post, for all standard shipping unless specified otherwise. As these are items of jewellery we use Registered Post which allows us to track the item in most countries. Deliveries within Ireland take 1-2 days after shipping and to Europe/ United Kingdom 3-5 days after shipping. The rest of the world can take 7 - 10 days after shipping, depending on the local service. All returns are processed from Kildare, Ireland. We aim to have all orders placed before lunch time shipped on the same day, this is not a guarantee but we do aim for this. The shipping rate is given on check out.
